Welcome to SummerCampDC.com, the official website of Adventures on The Hill Summer Camp. By accessing or using this site, registering for camp, or engaging with our communications—including SMS—you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Camp Registration & Payments

All registrations must be completed online through our secure portal.
A non-refundable deposit or minimum payment is required to reserve your space.
Full balances are due by May 1st, unless otherwise stated.
Camps are non-refundable after May 1st, except in extenuating circumstances as approved by management.
Credit may be issued for cancellations made in accordance with our cancellation policy.

2. Self-Service Account Features

Parents and guardians may:

Modify session dates
Cancel sessions (if prior to May 1st)
Add purchases like Pizza Fridays, t-shirts, or field trip upgrades
Update camper details, emergency contacts, and forms via your account dashboard

3. SMS Text Messaging Disclosure

By opting into text message alerts from Adventures on The Hill via SummerCampDC.com, you agree to receive recurring informational and transactional SMS messages, including:

Registration confirmations
Payment and balance reminders
Important schedule changes
Field trip and weather-related alerts
Camp start and end reminders
Check-in/check-out procedures
Special announcements or opportunities

Message Frequency:
Message frequency will vary depending on your interactions and the time of year (especially pre- and during-camp season). You can expect 1–4 messages per week on average during peak camp months.

Message and Data Rates:
Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless provider and plan. SummerCampDC.com and Adventures on The Hill are not responsible for any fees incurred from participating in our text messaging service.

Opt-Out Instructions:
To stop receiving SMS messages at any time, simply text STOP to the number you received messages from. You may also email info@adventuressummercamp.com to request removal.
