2020 Fall Program Information

This fall, we will offer a limited number of students a fall program that will assist parents in navigating virtual learning, allow for outdoor time, extra curricular activity time, and snacks/lunch time. The goal is to focus on virtual learning assistance for at least 3.5 hours per day. Our tutors will focus on assisting with the lessons and learning provided by your child’s teacher.

Fall Program Tuition & Fees

Registration will be on a monthly basis, and each week will be charged on the previous Friday for the next week. Registration will be $75 for the month and tuition is $250 for the week. Aftercare tuition is $300 for the week.

Registration Checklist

There is a registration checklist below to insure you do not miss a step:

  • Register and submit your registration fee beginning Friday August 14, 2020.
  • Please make sure you have an electronic device necessary for online learning and class meetings.
  • Return required health & registration forms.
  • Report to fall program site for the months registered.
  • Please prepare all online logins and your child schedule for each week.

Refund Policy

Refunds for 100% can be received if requested 10 days or more before the start of each month for the upcoming month. Refunds of 50% can be received if requested between 5 and 10 days before the start of each month for the upcoming month. There will be no refunds given as of the first of each month for the current month.
