8:00 – 9:00 AM
Drop-Off & Free Play
Campers ease into the day with games, puzzles, books, and morning activities to warm up their minds and bodies.
9:00 – 9:30 AM
Morning Circle, Theme Kickoff, and bathroom breaks
We gather for announcements, set goals for the day, and introduce the weekly theme (STEM, Art, Culture, Entrepreneurship & more)!
9:30 – 10:30 AM
Outdoor Play / Water Play (on select Fridays)
Campers head outside for recess-style games, nature walks, and water fun on designated splash days.
10:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Rotating Enrichment Activities / Field trip (on select days)
Activities vary by day and age group but may include:

Lunch Time + bathroom breaks
Campers enjoy their packed lunches in a shaded area or indoors. Counselors are there to assist and encourage healthy habits.

Quiet Time & Indoor Clubs (nap time for select ages)
Activities may include story time, yoga, journaling, reading, or quiet art. Younger campers may rest or nap.
2:00 – 3:30 PM
Hands-On Learning & Exploration (nap time continued to 3PM for select ages)
From group projects to LEGO challenges or entrepreneurial play (like running a lemonade stand!), this time is packed with creativity.
3:30 – 4:00 PM
Snack Time + bathroom breaks
A chance to recharge with a nut-free snack after bathroom breaks (provided or packed from home).
4:00 – 5:30 PM
Group Games & Afternoon Fun
Campers enjoy music, theater, relay races, and structured free play.
5:30 – 6:00 PM
Wind-Down & Pick-Up
The day ends with closing circle, cleanup, and reflection on the day’s adventures.
Each camp location follows this flow, with a unique spin based on camper age, staff specialties, and field trips. We focus on giving your child a well-rounded day of play, creativity, and social connection.
